At Wipes Well, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match its description
Because our wipes are personal care and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hello@wipeswell.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
