Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us at hello@wipeswell.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. Because our wipes are personal care products, we can't accept returns of opened items unless they're defective.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@wipeswell.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the product is damaged, please include a photo. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Products

Are Wipes Well products safe for sensitive skin?
Our Makeup Remover wipes are alcohol-free and paraben-free, formulated to be gentle on all skin types. As with any personal care product, we recommend checking the ingredient list if you have specific allergies.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Wipes Well products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

What's the shelf life of the wipes?
Unopened sachets have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
